Ralph obtained a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University in 2011 and worked in the real estate industry as a licensed real estate agent and property manager before attending law school. Ralph graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree and an Environmental Law certificate with Honors from the Law and Government Institute. Ralph was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and the President of the Student Ambassadors.
Ralph’s practice is concentrated on civil litigation matters involving real estate, including landlord-tenant, and consumer protection or failure to disclose issues that stem from real property sales.
As a licensed title insurance producer or title agent, Ralph regularly conducts both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including reviewing titles, issuing title commitment policies, and settlements.
Ralph prioritizes his client’s goals in tailoring an individualized approach to representing each client, and reflects on his specialized practical experiences for a unique prospective in creating strategies designed to help his client’s reach their goals.
Ralph is a member of the James S. Bowman American Inns of Court, as well as the Dauphin County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Ralph is an avid golfer and boasts a single digit handicap. He loves to spend as much time as he can outside with his partner Shanyn and their husky-poodle Stella.
